Live Oak Caregivers is NOT a franchise. We are an experienced, family-run organization that has completed over one million hours of caregiving service to the elderly and those in need. We assign a case manager to every client to ensure that we tailor our efforts to their unique challenges. Caregiver tasks and client care plans are developed and supervised by our registered nurses.
We strive to deliver the level of care and compassion that we would insist on for our own family members. We conduct comprehensive background checks on each of our 250 plus Certified Nursing Assistants and Personal Care Assistants. Our background screening includes criminal record history, employment references, education history, TB testing and sex offender registries. Through a comprehensive hiring and training program, we ensure that each of our caregivers is highly qualified, and demonstrates patience, respect and encouragement with every client.
