Live Oak Caregivers is a licensed provider of in-home care services dedicated to enhancing wellness, preserving dignity, ensuring safety and enriching quality of life. We are NOT a franchise but an experienced, family-run organization with over two million hours of service delivered to more than 1,000 clients since we opened in 2014.
Our experienced caregiving workforce includes over 350 Certified Nursing and Personal Care Assistants, carefully selected and trained to assist clients with the vital activities of daily living. More than 150 of these caregivers have logged over 5,000 hours for us.
For each of our clients, we assign a case manager to monitor caregiver performance and ensure that we deliver professional, reliable service. Caregiver tasks and client care plans are developed and supervised by our registered nurses and customized to the needs of each individual client.
Our promise is to provide professional care, delivered with respect to our clients and their families, in the comfort of their homes.
Each of our caregivers is highly qualified and trained.
We uphold rigorous standards to ensure the highest quality of care. This includes surpassing state requirements with thorough background checks and requiring TB testing and CPR, First Aid and AED certification for each caregiver.
We also maintain continuous evaluation, gathering feedback through client surveys and on-site monitoring to identify areas for improvement.
